CAMPER
FEES & REGISTRATION INFORMATION

The fee is $225 per week per child
- $20 discount applied if registered and paid in full by June 1st.
•
The camper fee must be paid in full
upon arrival at camp for registration.
•
Applications should be received at
least two weeks before the beginning of the session(s)
for which the camper is planning to attend.
•
Payment by major credit card is accepted through online payment
ONLY.
CAMPER
APPLICATION / PAYMENT OPTIONS
Camp Wamava offers two
ways to register your child for summer camp, either
online or by mail. Please read instructions for
each of these methods before choosing.
The
Registrar will begin processing camper applications in
January 2012.
Your registration number will be assigned according to
the date your application was/is received.
1) ONLINE:
The COMPLETED ONLINE APPLICATION and FULL PAYMENT via PayPal
MUST BE SUBMITTED TOGETHER to register online. Once you have
completed the online application form, you will be immediately
redirected to Camp Wamava's secure PayPal payment page.
Online applications that are not accompanied by a matching
online payment will not be processed.

INFORMATION FOR ONLINE APPLICANTS !!
- Please print, sign,
and bring the
Medical/Media Consent Form
with you to Registration.

If your child requires any medications while at camp, please print the
Medication Instructions Form
and
bring it with you when you bring your child to camp.

BY MAIL:
The completed, signed application and check or money
order can be mailed to the address below. A minimum $75
deposit is required with application. Incremental
payments are accepted between initial deposit and
arrival at camp. Money order or cash is accepted to pay
the balance upon arrival to camp.

REGISTRATION NUMBER
With either of the options above,
campers will receive a registration number when their
application is processed by the Registrar. Your registration number will be sent to you in an e-mail
confirmation. Campers will be admitted in the order of their
registration number. “Walk-ins” will be accepted after 4:00
p.m., if space allows. Cabin assignments are made at check-in on
the first day you arrive.
CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
CHECK-IN is between 2:00 & 4:00
p.m. on the SUNDAY of your first day of camp.
CHECK-OUT is between
9:00 & 11:00 a.m. on the Saturday of your last day at camp.
WHO
MAY ATTEND CAMP WAMAVA
Any boy or girl without regard to
their race, color, national origin, religion, handicap or sex,
who will be in grades 3 through 12 in the fall and who is
willing to abide by the camp rules may attend Camp WAMAVA.
Applications are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis,
as they are received by the camp registrar. Campers going into
grades 4 through 9 may stay for a maximum of two (2) weeks.
